Tom Dolby is the Chief Technology Officer at i3 Simulations. His background is in computer games technology and project management, and he specialises in the design and development of mobile, PC, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) interactive 3D applications and experiences.

Tom has spent the last decade working on computer-based simulations for training and education in a range of sectors, and in recent years, VR simulations for healthcare has been his primary focus. Tom leads the development of i3 Simulations’ VR emergency resuscitation simulation platform, “Resuscitation VR”, which has been developed in partnership with doctors from the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and is now being trialled in over 50 organisations from over 15 countries and continues to be a large subject of academic study.
