Ross O’Brien is the Managing Director for WYSA, an AI mental healthcare platform, and a founding member of the XR Healthcare Alliance.

Ross recently exited the NHS as Associate Director of Innovation and Technology at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust having served for 13 years in the sector. Ross also held the position of Programme Lead of the London Digital IAPT Programme at Healthy London Partnerships for over 3 years and worked to establish a digital single point of access for all Londoners accessing NHS psychological therapy services. 

Ross was formerly the Service Lead for the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service which is the NHS mental health service established following the Grenfell Tower fire in West London to support the community affected by the tragedy.

Ross is a graduate from the Digital Health London Digital Pioneer Fellowship. 

Ross holds a Human Rights Masters from the University of London.
