Robert Cairnduff is Chief Operations Officer at 3D4Medical from Elsevier with responsibility for content and new integration opportunities. 3D4Medical provides the world’s most advanced 3D anatomy platform with flagship product Complete Anatomy, revolutionizing how students, educators, health professionals and patients understand and interact with anatomy.

With outstanding technology and design that pushes the boundaries of how people learn using advanced 3D visualization tools, Complete Anatomy has garnered more than a million registered users at more than 300 of the world’s top universities. In 2019, 3D4Medical became part of the Elsevier family.

In 1997, Robert became COO of pharmaceutical e-learning company, Brugle Ltd. and has been involved in Healthcare Technology ever since, joining 3D4Medical as COO in 2009. 

Robert graduated from Cardiff University in 1994 with a BScEcon (Hons) in European Community Studies followed by an internship at the European Commission, Air Transport Policy.

In the last five years Robert has spoken at Med in Ireland, Web Summit, Health2.0 Barcelona, Tech Connect Live, Nordic Mobile Healthcare Technology Congress, Irish Innovation Forum Warsaw, Trinity Healthcare Entrepreneurship Forum, Society of Irish Robotic Surgery, American Chamber and Kellogg Innovation Network.
