Markus Neuberger is a Paramedic, Teaching Paramedic and Medical Pedagogue. After education as a Paramedic, Mr. Neuberger worked for 12 years as an Aviation Medical Assistant and Instructor in the Field of Naval Aviation and the German Armed Forces, foreign Recall Service (AirMedEvac). After his Studies at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, he took over the Management of the Falck Group's Academy for Emergency Medicine in Hamburg with responsibility for the other School Locations in Berlin and Hamm. Subsequently, he was responsible for the DRF Luftrettung for the foundation and development of the Academy of the DRF Luftrettung in Germany.

Since 2016, Markus Neuberger has been researching in the VR Projects EPICSAVE and ViTAWIN alongside renowned Partners of the Rescue Service. The current Project in his current Function as Business Unit Manager Medicine / Healthcare at TriCAT GmbH in Ulm.

Since 2020, Mr. Neuberger is a member of the Simulation and Team Training Section of the DBRD e.V. In addition, as a Member of the Expert Commission for the Introduction of digital Aids in the Emergency Medical Services, he advises the NRW State Capital Düsseldorf.
