Dr Harald Eifert studied physics and received a Dr-Ing at TU Clausthal-Zellerfeld while being simultaneous employed at Fraunhofer-Institut IFAM in Bremen from 1989-1996. He served from 1996-2001 as director of a Fraunhofer center in Delaware/USA and as Adjunct Associate Professor at University of Delaware. From 2001-2013 he was director of the Innovationsstiftung Hamburg, being responsible for all R&D grants to companies in the German federal state of Hamburg. Since 2013, Dr Eifert is with EurA AG as head of the Hamburg facility and since 2017 Member of the Executive Board. He has 25 years of experience in consulting to highly innovative companies, in innovation funding and development of entrepreneurial and collaborative concepts. EurA AG is with a total of 150 employees the leading consulting firm for financing research and innovation in Germany.
