Christian is co-founder and managing director of Sympatient, where he is in charge of market access, reimbursement, and sales. Sympatient's mission is to provide patients with anxiety disorders with the therapeutic gold standard in the comfort of their own homes. By combining app-based CBT with mobile VR, they enable patients to learn about their anxiety disorders and effectively manage their fears with exposure therapy. The therapy is accompanied by licensed therapists and fully reimbursed by some of the largest health insurances in Germany.
