As Head Business Transformation at AXA Winterthur (CH) until January 2017, Torsten Fell was responsible for the “digital” business transformation in distribution/sales development at AXA Switzerland.

Previously he was a Responsible at Raiffeisen Switzerland - St.Gallen for specialist/sales and banking application training and the topic of new forms of learning in the Raiffeisen Academy he set up. He also worked at Dresdner Bank (now Commerzbank) in strategic personnel development and at ING DiBa, he was centrally responsible for new forms of learning.

Torsten Fell supported companies in the design and implementation of new learning, knowledge and innovation processes as well as in digital transformation for seven years with “Knowledge Creates Values” - St. Gallen (Switzerland). Today he is an experienced expert in the field of corporate learning and digital transformation and accompanies companies in the face of change.

As a speaker, lecturer and author, he is happy to pass on his knowledge and, with over 19 years of experience, is one of the leading experts in these areas.
