Prof Dennis Steininger is a professor of entrepreneurship and digital transformation at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He holds a PhD in management and information systems from the University of Mannheim where he is also a research fellow at the Institute for SME and Entrepreneurship.

Before entering academia, he worked as a digital entrepreneur. His research combines his practical and academic interests and focuses on the adoption and diffusion of digital innovations (particularly in healthcare), digital entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. His work appears in leading international outlets.
